Flexible with Grace Period

Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Rules of the space

- If parking in the yard, do not block any single entry doors.
- No extremely loud music / base as it's a quiet yard with lots of working businesses
- No smoking inside
- Respect the other businesses in the yard, and no more than 3 cars to be parked within the yard
- Anything broken, will need to be replaced or repaired by the person who hired the space.

Almost zero communication with ignored messages. It's obvious the venue were holding out for more lucrative bookings. It would have been appreciated if they'd kept me in the loop instead of ignoring and then declining the booking without a single word. I need a studio I can repeat book but I won't be doing that here! Very rude.
