About this space
Wellington Studios is a functioning Art Studio and Coworking Space. Set in the 19th-century terracotta red brick mill and creative hub of Wellington House, Ancoats.
The 720sqft open plan space is available for hire on evenings and weekends. The room is a feature space with all the old red pillars and brickwork arches kept on show. There is a kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities, a breakout area with sofas and 5 tables with 20-25 seats. Our large Kitchen island is repurposed from the Manchester Velodrome's old track, making it ideal for product shoots. If you are looking for something a little bit different and a piece of Manchester's industrial history, then this is the place for you!
New Islington tram stop is only a short walk away and there is on-street parking outside on weekends and evenings.
