Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.

absolutely nothing
everything, to start with i didnt get the room i asked for, then when i got there i had spoken to someone over a separate menu before hand for my mum and she doesnt eat much and yet nobody knew anything and they expected her to pay £25 for just a piece of grilled chicken, then they said i had to pay £25 pp for the people who cancelled last minute which is the last thing i need when i have a baby due in 4 weeks as thats the whole reason we was there, towards to end of the night i remembered that we hadnt got our welcome drinks which they argued against even thou i had a message to prove what i paid for, they finally give up and gave us a bottle of prosecco which was a £6 bottle from tesco which i could of provided myself! then to top the whole night off when dessert finally came it looked store bought and when i tried a piece it had coconut ontop which i am allergic to and when i went to complain they said they couldnt swap my dessert because theyre wasnt anymore which was lies as they told me earlier in the night thats the reason why i had to pay for the people who didnt turn up as they bought food in for them so avoid like the plague unless you want food poisoning since some of my party had majorly off stomachs including myself which is the last thing i need when 36 weeks pregnant
